Get in great shape for the Holiday Season with Fighting Fit sessions from leading instructor Simon Morrell.

The sessions will take you through Kickboxing drills without the need to fight and can be held in the comfort of your own home either 'live and in person' or via Zoom sessions.

The price for live lessons is £150 per person for six sessions, or an unlimited number of people via Zoom is £120.

The live prices apply to Deganwy, Conwy, Llandudno, and Colwyn Bay (plus selected surrounding areas). For sessions outside of this area, a small travelling charge is applied. Please ask for details.
