Non-members are now welcome to join us for our regular Wednesday & Thursday, 6.30pm (UK time) Zoom Online Training.
Sessions cover Practical Self Defense and various MartialArts for fitness, protection, fun and mental well-being.
Session last 45 minutes and are all taken by leading Instructor Simon Morrell. All participants will receive directly after the class a downloadable and to keep replay of the session to follow again at your own leisure. No experience is needed and the sessions suit all styles.

Thursday 1st April, 6.30pm. Social distance friendly Self Protection training as follows;
* SOCIAL STANCE FOR DEFENSE * ESCAPE FROM CHOKE DRILLS (done solo with visualisation or with a same house hold member, both scenarios shown) * COOLING DOWN *
