KRAV MAGA BEGINNER'S COURSE

In early 2024 we will be holding a six-week beginners and refresher course in Krav Maga Self Protection at our HQ at St Asaph, North Wales.

All over the age of 14 years are welcome, and the course is certified.

We will be covering the following;

*Power Striking * Defending Attacks * Awareness Drills * Escapes From Holds * and much more, all taught by an instructor with 43 years of experience in both Combat Training and real-time situations, not somebody just reading from a book.
