Solitude standing. Final solo session of the week at Fight Fortress. Pushing yourself during a solo session, especially at the end of a hard week is mentally and physically demanding. No one with you, no one watching and your mind goes "Have an easy one or not one at all. No one will know." But that one person will know and that is you and so you glove up, skip, endurance drills and all range combat on the heavy bags because you know and you also know that next week, next month, next year you want to be better. You want to be better than you are today, than you were yesterday and you want to be be better everyday until the day you are done for good. You do it all and more because you know that day isn't here yet. Fight like no one is watching.
