An employer has a legal duty to ensure staff’s safety in the workplace, but sometimes it goes beyond that.

Employees are usually trusted members of the team and not only is it a legal obligation, but surely a moral one too?

This seminar, delivered by BCA Registered Self Protection Instructor Simon Morrell, not only draws on his formal training, but the many years experience he had in is own family’s business, a factory that predominantly employed males between the age of 18 to 40.

Inevitably, at some point opinions differed, personalities clashed and customers were unhappy. Given both Simon’s nature and combat training, it usually fell on him to deal with matters and he developed his own style of de-escalation, verbal skills and keeping people safe.

He now brings that experience to this seminar, which contains both physical skills (easy to retain technique) and non-physical skills, (verbal, body language, fear control).

To join our next event at our academy in St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales or host one at your own location, simply email and Simon will call you to discuss your options.

The course is suitable for all businesses, schools, colleges, universities and local authorties.
