8th Dan Black Belt for Simon.

Very honoured today to be awarded my 8th Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga, Freestyle Kickboxing & Practical Karate by Mr Dave Turton, head of the All Styles Martial Arts Association, one of the most respected men in British Martial Arts.

A skinny kid bullied by anyone who felt they could and an agoraphobic failure, I flipped it and eventually my Black Belts were awarded by Alfie Lewis (twice), Geoff Thompson, Peter Consterdine and now Mr Turton, I hope the message tells every kid who is struggling that you can do good, you can achieve. Just try and have courage and you will do fine.
