The camps are over 1 or 2 days and held at our headquarters, Simon Morrell's Fight Fortress Combat Academy in Rhyl, North Wales.

Suitable for individuals or small groups, Simon will take you through striking, grappling, throws/takedowns and weapons defensive tactics.
