This is not a fitness-based class but a no-nonsense approach to Self-Protection No experience is needed and you will be supplied with a digital download of all the techniques you have been taught upon completing the course.The course is not an open one, and your booking will be for you and your staff/family only.The cost per person is £200 and held to your timetable at Fight Fortress.Please ask for details if you would like the training to be held at your location.
