FREE/LOW COST LADIES' SELF-DEFENCE TRAINING! Good morning! We may soon be holding a free/low cost Ladies Self Defence Course at Simon Morrell's Fight Fortress Combat Academy on the Glan Aber Trading Estate in Rhyl, in collaboration with Done Together CIC.
The course will be over six weeks, although attending every session is not compulsory.
We will cover the following;
Hit n Run techniques Awareness Development Fear Control Escaping Holds & Grabs
and more vital content.
