Preventing Violence in the Workplace. Morrell has had a lot of experience dealing with violent people, and a big part of this was in his father's factory, where, more often than not, he was sent for when an ugly situation arose.
As his father went one way, Simon was sent to go the other way and deal with the matter.
Combining this experience with 45 years of Combat Training, Simon now offers Work rage, a practical and educational seminar that takes in the physical and non-physical tools needed to stay safe.
