This isn’t written out of malice, I have none, it is not written for revenge, I don’t seek it. It is just an insight. All boys need their fathers, just not one like Peter Morrell.

We have a real chance to help people who are being bullied, abused, have no confidence or suffer from poor mental health.

From the age of five, I was bullied and beaten right up until my early twenties. All manner of boy and man would, could and did hit me at will, but by far the worst of the bunch was a skinhead I’ll call Joe.
