From next week, every Wednesday & Thursday, Fight Fortress will be open for open training. From 5.15 pm until 6 pm, you can come along, use the bags, mats, kettlebells, shields, pads, etc for just £6 per session. This is ideal for extra training, prep work, etc. Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. To do so, let Julie know. Non-members can attend for £7, so please spread the word
