Combat Day & Guest Instructor. Self-Protection Expert Simon Morrell will now be joined on the mats by guest instructor and Muay Thai Champion Lee Mayo for a day of training at Fight Fortress Combat Academy.

Simon will be teaching Practical Self Defence, Grappling and Third Party Protection, whilst Lee will cover some Muay Thai Fighting Techniques.
