SELF PROTECTION SEMINAR THIS JULY

All those over the age of 14 are welcome on this open Self Protection seminar, regardless of experience, style or association.

All we ask is that you leave your ego at the door and come prepared to learn and get stuck in.

Please note that there is no sparring at the seminar, and we will be covering techniques for beginners all the way up to 4th dan black belt. Don't be afraid to make mistakes! It happens!
