Why Controlling Fear Matters. Fear is a natural emotion designed to protect us from danger. Yet, in modern life, fear often becomes a barrier rather than a shield. It can cause anxiety, self-doubt, and missed opportunities. The Controlling Fear program recognizes that fear is not something to eliminate but something to understand and manage effectively.

FEAR We know we don’t like it, we know we don’t want it, but on some level, we know we need it. It is telling us something must change, something isn’t right. Now this may be a lifestyle thing, or it may be some life- threatening attack. On one hand, Fear is telling us, ” Look, you need to change how you are living, you need to take stock.”  On the other it is saying, “This guy in front of you is not your friend. He does not wish you well. Get the hell out of here.”
