Words For A Tuesday. In today’s short talks, I offer advice on dealing with Panic Attacks, how we all have Courage and asking for help.

The world can throw us curveballs and sometimes they are life changing and sometimes, well they are just something we need to deal with.

Why Controlling Fear Matters. Fear is a natural emotion designed to protect us from danger. Yet, in modern life, fear often becomes a barrier rather than a shield. It can cause anxiety, self-doubt, and missed opportunities. The Controlling Fear program recognizes that fear is not something to eliminate but something to understand and manage effectively.

A COUPLE OF SHORT TALKS TO HELP YOU ON YOUR WAY. We all need help, encouragement and advice to help us along our path, and the Lord knows I have had enough people help me.
