A Blast From The Past. I’ve been very lucky to be taught by some great instructors and be featured in the media.

So You Think You Know Fear? I learnt avoidance from a very early age, and it was a discovery fuelled by fear. Childlike punches and kicks, accompanied by spiteful spit, came my way from my classmates. And so, after months of enduring, I begged my father to let me move schools, and for a while there was peace. It didn’t last long.

Some of you will know about Simon’s turbulent relationship with his father, Peter, and it largely stemmed from the man’s dishonesty and how he always seemed to put Simon in the firing line. In the early 2000s, Simon received a phone call that changed how he looked at his father, his life and his training.
