Bullying is a significant problem that affects many people, impacting their mental health and self-esteem. Today, we have a unique chance to bring attention to our "Being Bullied" projects, which include a new book, a feature film, and inspiring talks aimed at supporting those who have been bullied, feel fear, struggle with mental health, or experience abuse.

From the age of five, I was bullied and beaten right up until my early twenties. All manner of boy and man would, could and did hit me at will, but by far the worst of the bunch was a skinhead I’ll call Joe.
