“I can control you Morrell, I’m stronger than you, more powerful than you.”

A podcast from some time ago, in which I talk about the effect bullying had on my mental health.

“I can control you Morrell, I’m stronger than you, more powerful than you.”

And the strangest, the saddest part of all this was that I knew he wasn’t. I just didn’t have the courage to prove him wrong.

These were the words that rang around my ears as a child and young man. Bullied by my father, my classmates and anyone who felt they could.

But if you are being bullied, then don’t lose hope. I was able to completely change my life around and you can hear how in this podcast. Although it is a blast from the past, I think it still carries a powerful message, still tells an important story.
