REAL FEAR, WAYS TO COPE WITH THAT DIRTY FOUR-LETTER WORD.
In Simon Morrell’s latest book, he delves into his fears and experiences and uses them to help you, the reader, overcome your own anxieties.
Read an excerpt from the book below.
FEAR
We know we don’t like it, we know we don’t want it, but on
some level, we know we need it. It is telling us something must
change, something isn’t right.
Now this may be a lifestyle thing, or it may be some life-
threatening attack. On one hand, Fear is telling us,
” Look, you need to change how you are living, you need to take stock.”
On the other it is saying, “This guy in front of you is not your
friend. He does not wish you well. Get the hell out of here.”
And somewhere in between is the fear you have created for
yourself. Yup, we have created our own fear, and it is led by several things.
You have come to realise that a change in your life is needed. And for this, you should be applauded.
And this is the part of the book where you look at the page like
the words might be crazy. You? Ambition? You worry about
buttering the wrong side of your toast in the morning.
